The stylist told me he could cut my hair like I wanted, but then proceeded to use only thinning shears on my entire head. I told him I did not want it very short and to stop but he kept cutting. He did not understand me because he only speaks Vietnamese. Another stylist came over to help and told him to use his translator. That did not help either. When I told him I did not like my haircut he became rude and arrogant. At best, this stylist needs additional training and a really good class on customer service skills. The only thing that saved me from walking out was the other stylist, Diana, who needs a lot of credit for being gracious. The first photo is what I wanted and the other two are what I got.

- ZIZARYALI IBRAHIMIJan 19, 20261.0Very unprofessional very unprofessional I took my 10-year-old Son to get a haircut and the barber, who appeared to be Vietnamese, acted extremely unprofessional. He was talking very weird and uncomfortable way the entire time. I clearly showed him a picture of the haircut I wanted, and he completely ignored it and gave my Son a horribly uneven buzz cut that looks awful. He was holding my Son’s head way too tightly and cutting his hair like he was trying to shave him bald. When I told him to be gentle, he got visibly frustrated and started talking in an annoyed tone. I told him this was not what I asked for, and he kept arguing, saying “No, no, it’s a good haircut,” even though it clearly wasn’t. On top of all that, his hygiene was disgusting and his nails were filthy and it made the whole experience even worse. Very bad service, zero professionalism, and terrible hygiene. Do NOT recommend this place at all.
