- BPBre'Anna Pickett6 days ago3.0My husband and sons have been coming here for months, never once had an issue. Until today. My oldest son has ADHD, he has trouble sitting still but tries his hardest. He also get confused easily especially when directions are opposite of the actions being displayed (ie being moved to a certain position while being told to hold still). He is also VERY friendly and loves to talk, no one is a stranger. The older lady who cut his hair today, while I understand it can be frustrating when a child does not hold still and I don’t know how your day had been going, there was NO reason to be rude and cross your arms and give attitude to a 7 year old. He did not understand “hold still” while you’re moving him.

I had just gotten one of the worst haircuts of my life from one of the other barbers there and I was leaving already googling other barber shops to see who could fix this. She stopped me in the parking lot and told me she couldn't let me leave looking like that and asked me to come back inside and she would fix it for free. I was hesitant to go back inside but against my better judgement I did. She was very professional and quick and she made conversation lightening the mood. She turned and absolute disaster in to a 10/10 professional hair cut. I will now definitely be coming back and asking for her specificly!
