- TJTroy JamesFeb 12, 20261.0Normally I'm happy. I was not happy The last time. I did not go there for a haircut. Only a trim because when I was there the last time the lady was talking and didn't finish the job which I didn't realize when she combed my hair down which I don't wear it that way. I called back and found out that they were closing in 15 minutes and I did not want to make them wait another minute since they wanted to go home to their families. I just said I'd come back the next morning and the lady said she would take care of me. When I showed up I explained my situation to the lady and she started buzzing the side of my head instead of taking care of what was on top. I had to let her finish that and then when she finished she charged me and the other lady said she would just clean it up. I was not asking for a haircut. I was only asking that she fixed what she didn't do last time. With all the Vietnamese spoken I felt like it was an episode from Seinfeld.

I went to get a cut from the new barbers and they kept on finding faults in my head that it is not proportional. I am 40 and did not even know that I have cowlicks that is why they cannot give me a good haircut. They said issue is in my hair not their skills. The Asian barber counted 7 cowlicks on my head and blamed them for a bad cut. She was getting cold feet with moustache also and said that they do not do moustaches anymore.

They have no manager or anyone to help you when things go wrong. Literally go anywhere else or even cut your hair at home. You would have better outcomes.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
