  The times I have come to this Sephora all the ladies have been very nice and helpful. I've gone to other ones in Lubbock and they are not helpful or nice

  I always have a great experience at Sephora. The store is consistently clean, checkout is fast, and there’s always someone available to help when I need it. Shopping here is easy and enjoyable every time

  The workers here weren’t friendly or helpful at all. Every time you asked the employees something it felt like they were trying to get finished and DONE with you. Not a single smile. I always feel unwelcome and uninvited whenever I come here. The employees do not like their job nor the customers and it truly shows. I’m sticking to the Kohls location because the employees truly want to work and help customers there.

  I won’t be visiting this location again. I came in to pick up an online order and asked the front door lady where to go. The staffer replied, “find a girl to help you,” which wasn’t helpful. After locating someone else, I waited for assistance as she was chatting with her other coworker. The associate clearly saw me, but was super dismissive. Being this is my first online order I didn’t know what to do so I pulled up the app and she asked my name so they could phone someone to bring it. Well apparently it was canceled…after confirming my order was canceled, I asked where to find it in the store. She pointed and said, “over there.” No one was friendly or polite; everyone seemed dismissive, rude and the most important NO ONE was helpful. I walked out and will not return. Zero customer service.
