She didn't follow the picture at all that I let her take a screenshot of and tried to part my hair the wrong way until she was almost done and I asked her to fix it. This is the second time I've come here and I had complaints the first time.
- OSOmar Sanchez6 days ago1.0Super rude, the women constantly talk bad about clients they just tended to after they leave, walked in an hour before they closed with my two kids and accused my youngest of having lice and said they couldn’t tend to him, got a second option immediately because of true obviously I want to take care of it, they determined it was residue from the hair gel earlier in the day, the women didn’t even bother to ask any questions about products used in their hair. I go here as a last resort or if in a time crunch and tip very well if it’s all three of us getting cuts all at once. After today’s experience I will never ever go there again.
