She paid attention to detail and made sure everything was blended perfectly. The haircut turned out even better than I expected clean, sharp, and easy to style. The salon was clean, the wait time was minimal, and the whole process was quick without feeling rushed. I truly appreciate the great customer service and quality work. - JPJerri PerezFeb 16, 20261.0I’ve gone there many times and really never asked for much more than to shape up my hair or a trim. But today I asked for an inverted bob. The woman gave every indication that she was capable of doing that. What I ended up with was a bob that looked like a triangle once it dried. There was nothing inverted about it. She told me that I would have to grow the front a little more to have an inverted bob. At the time, I believed her and even tipped her. I ended up going somewhere else and got an actual professional. She told me that there was no reason that I shouldn’t be able to have an inverted bob. She cut it for me and now it looks great. The woman at great clips either didn’t know what she was talking about or was just lying to me because she didn’t want to take the time to do it or maybe didn’t know how to do it. So I guess if you want something more than just a trim, don’t go to great clips.

The entire cut is ragged. My friend also was there for a cut. Her stylist butchered her hair. I feel so bad for my friend. Always had good experiences before. Very disappointed. Certainly would not have tipped if I knew that after washing the cut would get worse
