  Not a fan of the Sephora at Kohl’s because they usually don’t have the items in store that I want but the staff in the Tyler store are always helpful. It’s easier to just order online if you know what items you want because they don’t carry some items that the stand alone stores offer nor do they accept returns from the stand alone stores.

  I tried to return a product that I purchased online at this particular Sephora, but I was informed by the sales associate that returns are not accepted here because it is located inside a Kohl's store and not a standalone Sephora. I drove all the way from Henderson because the online portal directed me to this location for my return. I hope this review helps others avoid a similar trip.

  I was in here a few weeks ago, after having an awful experience at Ulta. The ladies who work here are so kind and professional. I wasn't going to, but I explained to the saleslady about my bad experience at Ulta, and she looked shocked. I will be shopping here, in-store and online from now on. The store was clean, and their inventory was well-stocked.
