My days off are sporadic, so I normally don't have the opportunity to make appointments in advance. I was told that I would receive a call for them to let me know what openings they would have available. Around 12:30PM I attempted to contact the salon...and kept attempting to do so for 30mins. I kept getting either the ringing or a busy signal. Finally at 1:11PM I got ahold of the salon and they didn't seem to care too much. "Sorry, he didn't call" was all the person I spoke with could come up with as an answer and that they could fit me in tomorrow. I would have gone in for a cut and color which would have been between $80-$100. That's around the same price that Ulta in Lubbock charges and at least the customer service is decent.
