- VRVinith ReddyDec 22, 20251.0I’ve been coming to this Great Clips for a while and have had great experiences in the past, but my visit yesterday was the worst haircut I’ve ever had the result is completely uneven and the sides don't match. It looks very unprofessional, and I’m going to have to pay someone else to fix it. It’s disappointing because I know this salon is capable of better work, but the lack of attention to detail today was unacceptable. I would recommend being very careful about which stylist you see here."

- MHMelissa HandNov 16, 20251.0This is the 2nd Great Clips we had gone to this morning. There were 5 hair stylist in the shop and maybe 2 of them were giving cuts. My husband went in to ask if there was a wait because the first one had a 94 minute wait, and one of the ladies stated that there was a 70 minute wait due to reservations. There were 3 stylist just standing around, my husband asked if they could possibly get him and our 3 year old in between, just 2 quick cuts and one of them said no because they were about to start going on their lunches. I understand that, but the attitude my husband got when he mentioned our 3 year old was ridiculous. My husband tips very well, so I guess all the Great Clips employees are so busy they can just turn away money, or are they just lazy? Sorry Great Clips, between your rude employees and them being allowed to turn customers away due to your appointment scheduler you have lost all our business. Have the day you deserve ladies!!

My wife called me crying because of how rude this lady was to my daughter. This is unacceptable. Luckily there was a lady there who wasn't incompetent and had the patience to sit with my daughter and finish her haircut. I will be calling corporate tomorrow because no child should be put through that. Especially one who is special needs. Do better great clips
