- AJAngela Johnson5 days ago1.0Bad haircut. Stylist awful. I told him to cut to a certain length and did three cuts and asked what else. I said feathered around the face and he took a razor and did both sides. Then said what else and I said that’s it. He took the smock off. Didn’t check for evenness over the whole cut, didn’t check to see if the layers around my face aligned with each side, didn’t check to lighten the weight of the entire cut. Said he has been doing this for a long time but with the disclaimer that I can come back for a touch up if I did not like it. The worst cut I have ever received in my life.

There are definitely differences, and I only get a general cut, so mostly positive. My only concern is their prices have increased to a point where there is not a lot of economic reasons to exclude other businesses offering similar services.
- LILonely :IMar 29, 20261.0I've been going to great clips for years now, never had I been butchered so badly by someone. I loved my previous haircuts so much I used photos of ot as a refrence photo. Don't know who it was a lady, but I showed her a picture of my previous haircut and asked if she could just replicate that. (It's a longer mullet) and I said I don't want a lot of hair cut off on the back. I left that place looking like a little boy with a little boy mullet. Never had I ever cried so much over a haircut. I look terrible and feel terrible. (First is what I wanted 2nd is what I got. Both reference photos are me)

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
