  Jolene, Jeff and Pam were beyond attentive, knowledgeable, kind, and professional. My fianceé and I thoroughly enjoyed our date night float experience at this location and look forward to our next visit soon! Highly recommend for sleep management as the float session completely relaxes you even if you are feeling anxious.

  If you are looking for the perfect place to recharge, look no further than Altered States Wellness in The Colony. My partner and I booked the Couples State Experience, and it was exactly what we needed. The package included: * The Lab * Float Therapy * Fire and Ice (Infrared Sauna & Cold Plunge) While every single session was amazing and deeply therapeutic, the Fire and Ice was the absolute standout for us. There is something incredibly invigorating about the contrast between the heat and the plunge—we left feeling more relaxed and refreshed than we’ve ever been in our lives. What really elevated our visit was the service. Jolene is a total rockstar and deserves 5 stars all on her own. Even though the studio was extremely busy when we arrived, she made us feel like her top priority. She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to give a thorough explanation and presentation of each therapy so we knew exactly what to expect. We cannot recommend Altered States Wellness enough. The facilities are top-tier, the therapies actually work, and the staff is world-class. If you go, we truly hope you have the pleasure of meeting Jolene!

  I booked the date night experience at Altered State Wellness for my one‑year anniversary/Valentine's Day Weekend, and it was absolutely perfect. Jolene completely sold the experience from the moment we walked in—her energetic, uplifting personality made us feel welcomed and excited right away. She truly elevated the whole evening and turned it into a 5‑star memory we won’t forget. Highly recommend this experience, especially with Jolene guiding the way!
