- GGGagandeep GargMar 30, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit to Great Clips with Bella. I clearly explained how I wanted my haircut, but the stylist, Bella, did not respond or acknowledge my request. Throughout the appointment, she was rude and unprofessional. The haircut itself was not done properly — it was uneven and lacked proper alignment. There was also no effort to clean or finish the cut properly. When I asked her to fix the issues, she started trimming again without using a haircut cape. When I requested her to use one, she responded rudely, saying she would “blow it off anyway,” which was both unprofessional and dismissive. She also did not ask about any products or provide even basic customer service. I have never experienced this kind of behavior before. This visit was very disappointing, and I hope steps are taken to address this and improve service quality.

- JLJan LeavelleMar 21, 20264.0Very nice group of hairdressers. Positive atmosphere! Manager is excellent and very attentive to customers. My hairdresser was fairly new so was still learning but the manager was mentoring her and she did a good job. The only suggestion I would make is that when a customer requests that the hairdresser rinse their hair before cutting it, that the hairdresser should honor that request. I have very thick wavy hair and when it's cut while dry it gets all over everything and takes the hairdresser 2 to 3 times longer to cut. I'm 71 years old and I know what's best for cutting my hair. Otherwise, it was a very good experience.

Lack of training and customer care at this center. Normally I go to Cedar Park Town center and now I know why they are so busy on weekends.
