The wait time initially was around 55mins when I checked in and I reached the saloon in an hour and had to wait for another 50mins. I could see a stylist doing service for 4 persons on a single check in. I had to leave the saloon without the service as I booked my pickup based on the wait time after checking into saloon and it went beyond the time. Very disappointing, you better work on this. It isn’t just me who was frustrated, I could see another person waiting next to me annoyed too.
