  Tried this place for 3 months and then cancelled my service because I didn’t see any difference or changes of improvement. January they started charging my credit card for services again without my knowledge or approval. Called twice to get this resolved but both times I was told they would have to call me back to no avail.

  Poor service and company refused to cancel my membership after I had been a customer for over a year. I contacted them to cancel and the rep lied and said the agreement I signed required me to come in person to cancel. I requested the agreement be sent to me and he said he would but never emailed it. I sent a email to their box twice requesting cancellation with the actual agreement, which doesn’t state in person cancellation and I never received a response. I called the business twice and request the manager who was never there so I left my number for him to call me back and never received a call. I emailed the corporate office and never got a response. It wasn’t until my 3rd call and threats of a law suit for breach of contract did they cancel the membership and the manager was too much of a coward to even call me back. He supposedly told the rep to go ahead and cancel the membership. Horrible business practices and a true lack of customer service. If you do business here be cautious with the lies and what they tell you. Also, know that there is no manager on duty ever and will never contact you back. Membership Account If you use the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Restore Hyper Wellness and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion. Memberships are non-transferable. You agree to (a) maintain all computer and phone equipment necessary for your access to and use of the Website; (b) maintain the security of your user identification, password, Personal Information (as defined in our Website Privacy Policy), and any other confidential information relating to your Restore Hyper Wellness account; (c) take responsibility for all charges resulting from use of your Restore Hyper Wellness account, including unauthorized use prior to your notifying Restore Hyper Wellness of such unauthorized use and taking the legal steps to prevent its further occurrence by contacting us to change your password; and (d) update your Personal Information (as defined in our Website Privacy Policy), including email address, as appropriate. Restore Hyper Wellness reserves the right to terminate any account that is using or trying to use more than one promotion. If a membership is terminated due to a violation of this Agreement, Restore Hyper Wellness will not reimburse Subscriber for the remainder of paid month. Nor will reimbursements be made for memberships cancellations prior to monthly renewal date. Subscriptions are complimentary. Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time.   Horrible service the nurses misusing the hyperbaric machine. Giovanni the manager intentionally withheld refunds in an attempt to forcefully get me to come back. Had to block our card after he refused to refund the hyperbaric treatments i did not use. My man said Giovanni also made a sexual comment about me in the lobby when i wasn’t present
