  The first time I made an appointment here, I was called 15 minutes before my scheduled time and asked to come in an hour later because the stylist was running behind. I agreed to the change, and I was happy with how my hair turned out. The second time I made an appointment, the same thing happened and I was called 20 minutes before my appointment and asked to come in 45 minutes later due to the stylist running behind. This time, I canceled. I was asked if I was sure I wanted to cancel and not reschedule, and yes, I was because I cannot afford a 45-minute delay because I have other obligations in life. I booked my appointment at a certain time for a reason. Repeatedly pushing back appointment times is unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for clients’ time. This salon needs to do a better job of adhering to appointment times or providing support from other stylists so appointments stay on track.

  DO NOT COLOR YOUR HAIR HERE Went in for a consultation and told her I wanted calico hair showed pics she said she couldn’t do it so I told her I wanted all over chunky highlights w a money piece in front and to shorten my layers. My hair didn’t get cut she blow dried and asked again but I’m sure saw this disappointed on my face at the color and proceeded to over explain the going blonde process and how my VIRGIN hair was “fried”. I haven’t colored my hair since December 4, 2023. I was charged nearly $300 to leave with minimal yellow highlights and no cut. Her and her co-worker ganged up on me to over explain (justify) why my hair looks like this. After being there for 5 hours I had to leave because they wasted 15 min yapping at me. Told me I had to come back tomorrow to get my hair cut finished when I took off work all day for this today. I am so infuriated. This was a Christmas gift to myself $300 down the drain for something I’ll spend days crying about. Just don’t do it.i added a pic of my hair before as well there isn’t much difference in the color honestly I was also told that she couldn’t do my haircut I was asking for which all I said was I wanted the same haircut I have with shorter bangs/layers. I just can’t believe this is happening
