  5 Stars – Kyara is the BEST! I loveee her Had such a great experience at Sephora thanks to Kyara! She was super friendly, easy to talk to, and really knew her stuff. She took her time helping me find the right shades and explained how to use everything without making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. You can tell she genuinely cares and loves what she does. If you go to Sephora, ask for Kyara she’ll seriously make your day!

  Worst customer service. My husband went with my kid to buy me a birthday gift, however not one person working offered help. As he tried to find someone to assist, workers walked away. If you’re looking for assistance or have questions about make-up/skin care go somewhere else.

  I’ve always loved going to Sephora and buying all my beauty products there. I have been a Client there for 12 years if Im not mistaken but since this new manager ((((Diann )))) is working there Sephora is the last place I want to be she is so rude and ugly with the people trying to find a peaceful place to shop. She is always in a bad mood and she is very sarcastic when talking to people it’s very disappointing that we go to spend our hard earned money to be treated like they are doing us a favor when we need assistance. Literally everyone I know has something to say about the manager diann. A big reason why they all rather shop at Ulta now. It’s very sad that because of her people can’t shop peacefully at Sephora. I’m surprised Diann is a manager but sadly what can we expect from the employees but to tell you truth they are way better at tending to the customers than her .

  Worst Sephora I have been to. Completely ignored by employees. Best to wait to go out of town for service.

  The store location was a good idea, and the company was quite generous giving out prizes for their grand opening. However , I do want to point out the store should be more regulated as there were many moms who brought their children and they were being quite disruptive,the moms in this case would just be looking at products or their phone and ignoring their children. There is 2 instances I witnessed that left me disappointed in the store for not saying something, the first was a boy playing with a football and knocking things down while the mom was too busy looking at her phone and the products in front of her, the other instance was 2 young girls opening packaged products and making a mess out of the testers, as well trying the products and showing it to their mom who just gave them a nod and told them it smelled good. In neither of this instances did the parents correct the disruptive children nor did the store do anything. I get that it was really full and busy,but i was not offered assistanceand i also tried looking but i could only find the cashier employees, i feel sad that i wasnt able to look for what i need and like this greatly diminishes the experience of a Nice makeup store. That being said im quite disappointed 😞 it was very stressful .
