- RJRandy JayDec 26, 20251.0I was making a return today and enjoying my morning and I was dropping off a sweater for returning. Then I went to Sephora and I asked the lady at the register if they sold Rhodes face cream. There was one young lady in line on the phone yapping away trying to put her credit card in the machine and the employee at the register told me no they do not sell it and Sir there’s a line and I looked at her and I said you got one girl talking on the phone and there’s no one else in line and all I ask you is do you sell a product? She was really rude and I did go to the manager Hayden and told him and reported it because it kind of messed up my day. He said OK but did not really seem the care and I doubt he will say anything to her. You and I have a choice of where to shop and I think I’m gonna switch my business over to the Hulen area Citu View storestore on my future purchases.

I was walking around trying to see what primer was the best and she kept following from aisle to aisle just side eyeing me like if I was about to shoplift. She even called for backup after I decided to leave and look at a perfume that’s when ever I decided to take a picture of her. I’m strong on customer service and clearly she isn’t one.
