I went in and they even had the paper from my last visit. She didn’t follow a single directive. I requested not to touch the top, take it all the way around at a one and a hard part. And she started to cut into the part that I didn’t want touched and messing up my hair so bad I just told her it’s all good and shot out of there as fast as I could after seeing red. Called the corporate location, and they did nothing except tell me they will get back to me. But to be honest this is the usual outcome from great clips. Anyways the lady who did my hair this morning. Please for the love of god, pull your head out of your four point of contact, and follow directives.

Well last week the lady that did it did such an awful job I was so upset. She cut off chunks of my top layer and left the bottom so long and it was weirdly extra long in the back and not even. I came in today (I wish I got the stylist name, dark hair with an undercut) and the stylist that was there was able to fix it to the best of her abilities. She warned me that it was going to be shorter then I wanted to fix the layers but it came out really cute. It's not how I wanted it in the beginning but she was able to fix it from the bowl cut mullet creation it was. Thank you again I truly appreciate what you do.
