If you’re looking for a buzz cut or a cut for your child, it’s probably fine. If you’re looking for any semblance of style, do not waste your time. Horrible experience. The hairdresser even looked at me when she was done, knowing that she messed it up, but I figured why bother saying anything because it’s done is done. Please save the corporate response. Maybe focus on hiring people with a little bit more talent in paying them more opposed to people right off the street that barely held scissors before. People have to live with this crappy haircut for months before it grows back to get another one. Have a little integrity in your business.
