The stylist I was initially paired with seemed to have a bad attitude from the moment I walked in. She didn’t seem interested in helping me, and her demeanor made me feel like cutting my hair was an inconvenience. I asked for a dry cut since I was on my lunch break and didn’t want to return to work with wet hair, but every time she asked a question and I answered, she looked confused and questioned my response. Eventually, another stylist kindly stepped in and finished the cut, since the original stylist stated she didn’t have the tools to feather my bangs into the rest of my hair. The second stylist was very sweet and did a great job, which I really appreciated. I’ve came to this location many times and have always received excellent service from other stylists, which is why I’m hesitant to leave a low rating.

I had waist length hair that hadn’t been cut in years and I wanted a simple style of shoulder length with layers. They ended up completely uneven, looking like I had a shelf and my hair was not even cut evenly. I had to go to an upscale salon to fix it and can’t believe I paid to ruin my hair. Won’t be going back. Probably a fine place for men’s haircuts but not for women’s styles. Lesson learned. Go for quality right away and don’t waste your money.
