I had waist length hair that hadn’t been cut in years and I wanted a simple style of shoulder length with layers. They ended up completely uneven, looking like I had a shelf and my hair was not even cut evenly. I had to go to an upscale salon to fix it and can’t believe I paid to ruin my hair. Won’t be going back. Probably a fine place for men’s haircuts but not for women’s styles. Lesson learned. Go for quality right away and don’t waste your money.
