  I used to love coming to this Sephora, but my recent experiences have completely changed that. I shop here often, and the past couple of visits I’ve been treated like absolute trash. The atmosphere used to feel welcoming and enjoyable, but now it’s uncomfortable and uninviting. Most recently, I came in to exchange a tinted foundation because I had purchased the wrong shade. Instead of receiving help, I was met with attitude, which made an already simple situation frustrating and awkward. I’m not sure if it’s management or a shift in staff behavior, but something has definitely changed—and not for the better. It’s really disappointing because this used to be a place I genuinely enjoyed shopping at. I hope the customer service improves, because right now, it’s not the experience it once was.

  Great options wide variety of makeup love it! But the employees there were not helpful at all no great customer service. Didn’t say hi, no offer to help nothing. I went up to one of the to ask for help for a makeup match and she just showed me brand didn’t offer to help me further to help me find my color match nothing… employees seemed bothered…my first time going to that Sephora

  I purchased a small bottle of Prada Candy perfume back in mid September and I’ve used the bottle twice, for a total of up to 6 sprays the MOST and the scent is NONEXISTENT!! Literally a puff of baby powder and alcohol which is not what I smelled when I tested it out in the store. The store refused to refund or exchange my purchase since it was past their 30 day return policy but I didn’t happen to open the box until after that time, since I was waiting for a special occasion to use it. Now I am stuck with a $100 bottle of perfume that has absolutely no smell whatsoever. I checked to see if the bottle may be expired but I believe it is good, I don’t know if it may have been from the mishandling or proper storage of the product. This was supposed to be a birthday gift to myself. I find it very unreasonable that I couldn’t return a bottle a few days after the 30 day mark, especially because most companies give 60 days to return or at the VERY LEAST exchange and yet during the holidays every store offers at least 90 days. Makes no sense to me. No one even took a look at the bottle or sprayed a sample to see what I was talking about. I wasn’t even given a customer service number for further assistance or suggestions. That’s ridiculous. The only reason I have the store 2 stars is because the staff was very helpful and nice to me when I was making the purchase, but other than I wouldn’t trust buying any product from Sephora again

  Horrible customer service. I asked a question and someone was supposed to be back to help right away, but after 30 minutes and no sign of anyone, I just left. They just opened and are already going downhill. What a joke.
