  Great customer service at the desk but my daughter’s hair cut was rushed, and she said she was happy with it when I asked her but as we got home, washed it and settled in, i realized how uneven it was and just overall not what my daughter asked for and she was disappointed. Before the lady cut her hair, I heard another customer tell her how her daughter was scheduled (we walked in) and they needed to hurry and get somewhere and I really believe that the stylist rushed because of it. She didn’t even sit my daughter down and finished within 6-8 minutes. Didn’t spray it, check if it was even and when I was looking afterwards, she was trying to convince me it was even when I showed her how the right side was a bit longer than the left. I ultimately left because I didn’t trust her to fix it. Just wish my daughter would’ve been given more time and attention on a haircut she was excited for and I paid full price for.

  Booked an appointment for a Rod Set, to be called and informed the stylist Claudia does not do natural hair, only hair that has been relaxed. Nowhere on the site does it inform the stylist does not work with natural hair, only stylist does not do extensions and braids with 35 years of well rounded experience . When attempting to ask questions about what the process is or if possibly the issue is my hair needs to be straighten. The only answer received was stylist said she doesn’t do natural hair with no other remedy. So unless you relax your hair, you won’t be getting an appointment or your appointment will be cancelled.

  Just wanted to let everyone know that Stephanie Creamer is the best hairdresser. She listens to you and does exactly what you want. I have had cut, color, and highlights done by her and I always get so many compliments from people. I can't imagine going to anyone else. You will be so satisfied!

  My wife came in for highlights and wasn't expecting a miracle because she had box black dye and knew it would be a process. The highlights start in the middle of her head and her framing of her face with the highlights is not a professional job. She still had to pay 120.00, when women come to the beauty shop they are supposed to leave feeling better than they did walking in. This place did everything but that. They also tried to say my wife hadn't paid and they had to track down the money that was paid. Overall terrible experience andy wife was left in tears and 120.00 less in her pocket for something she absolutely hates.
