- LDLisa DavisMar 31, 20265.0First time at Great Clips. I hesitated at first but I really needed a haircut! I was a walk-in and was sitting in the chair within 5 mins. I had my consultation with the hairdresser (manager), unfortunately I can't recall her name. She listened to my vision for my layered Bob. I had my hair washed with a haircut and blowout. I was impressed that she asked me questions throughout the haircut, to make sure I would be happy with the outcome. I absolutely loved my haircut and in and out in 30 mins. Picked up some styling products as well. They were having a great sale. Plenty of free parking and the location was easy to find. Establishment was very clean. I will say I was unaware that you could check-in online to hold your place as a walk-in. Prices were very reasonable..but the expression on my hubby's face was priceless. ❤️

- KSKiran SheikhJan 7, 20261.0The stylist, Tori, was yanking my hair and breaking them. And when I told her that what she was doing was hurting me, she didn't even acknowledge it. She said sorry and then seemed to brush me off by continuing to yank my hair with a comb. I asked her to wet my hair some more so that it didn't hurt me more but she barely sprayed any more on my head. I will not return to this location again. I had a very bad experience.

Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
