  2/27/2026: Called at 5pm and got a 6pm appointment. The lady on the phone didn't bother to take down my name but makes sure that I know that it's $70 for an hour and cash only in her heavy Chinese accent. I show up at 550pm and she reminds me again that it's $70, cash only, no credit card. I wait in the room until 620 (made sure to look at the time) and when she finally arrives she reminds me that it's cash only, no credit card. Two minutes into the massage she AGAIN reminds me that it's cash only. After the massage was over, I immediately check the time, and it was 710pm. So not only did she make me wait, but she also shorted me 10 minutes. That's going to affect the tip obviously. I give her $80 cash (4 twenty-dollar bills, $70 massage, $10 tip). She examines the bills with disbelief, literally looking at the money at forehead height...and tries to explain to me that she deserves a $20 dollar tip in her broken English. I don't try to argue with her about the lost time or anything because that would go nowhere. Finally, with a smile, she relented and said "ok ok ok, is ok". Never going back.

  Called to see if they were open and they were like no we closed and then they immediately hung up without asking if I wanted an appointment for a later date
