It was a big black lady who began his haircut by soaking his hair and immediately cutting, moving extremely quickly. He asked for shoulder-length layers, but what he ended up with was essentially a blunt chili-bowl hair cut. The ends were cut straight across, like someone had put his hair in a ponytail and chopped it off. She literally played in his head. It was nothing like what he asked for. He even asked her again to make sure it was supposed to be layered, and she said it was, but it clearly wasn’t. She definitely doesn’t know what she’s doing. She didn’t blow dry his hair afterward, even though it was still drenched, and she left clippings all over his clothes. What stylist sends someone out like that. On top of that, as soon as we walked out, she clocked out for the day. The whole appointment felt rushed, like she was just trying to finish and go home. And this wasn’t the first time they’ve botched his hair cuts. Cheap, but would not recommend.
