I think she said she had over 30 years experience cutting hair. I had a bit of a weird request because I am growing part of my hair out. I thought it would be confusing to explain it, but she understood completely the look I was going for and cut it just like I wanted. Plus, I really enjoyed talking to her. She has a great vibe. I am definitely going back to Elizabeth again.
