Then when I arrive, I still have to wait 45+ minutes. Also, if you stay on the waiting list too long to make certain you are next in line upon arrival, they will delete your name. More than once I’ve shown up right at an hour after checking in on the app, and my name had been deleted. Regardless of the quality of the haircut, this process is very frustrating.

I just recently moved to Keller from NY and my two barbers knew exactly what to do when I showed them the image and did a fantastic job. Here on the other hand, she obviously had no idea how to cut my hair after showing her the image THREE TIMES. I ended up getting some type of women's haircut that NOTHING LIKE THE IMAGE. Never going back there again.
