- NANina Andrade5 days ago2.0I try to get help from 3 pple there and everyone was just ignoring and doing nothing. However, Fabiola was busy but still got a little time to help me. I just don’t understand why would you hire rude people? Fabiola was amazing she even apologized for the girl walking away from me. I would go back just for Fabiola and a Hispanic lady at the register that was amazing. You’ll need to train better your team

I explained how I cannot come into the store after losing my car and she was very rude. The lady who helped me in person also tried to sell me THE most expensive products which are not always the best. Do better

- KKKimFeb 1, 20261.0Unprofessional workers. Nobody acknowledges you when walk in. No welcome in or hello do you need any help. All workers all stand at the left wall chit chatting. At the register one worker was there but she had her back turned. I said are you open, no reply. Then I said hello, and still no reply. Turns out she was on the phone. If there was a long line of customers I highly doubt she would turn around to say give me one moment please or ask other workers to come help at register. After she was done with the call she finally turned around. Gave me the dirty look like I was a nuisance. She didnt smile or ask if she can help me. The whole experience definitely won't have me coming back or spending any more money here.
