  I had the best salon experience of my life at this location on Elyson Falls Drive. As someone with long curly hair, I’ve had a lot of uncomfortable experiences in salons, but not here. From the moment I walked in, the team was kind, welcoming, and actually knowledgeable about textured hair. Veronica was my stylist, and she was incredible. She walked me through everything, respected my length, and even considered how I’ll be managing my hair postpartum in a few weeks. She framed my face beautifully and made my hair feel fuller and easier to style. I didn’t even get a wash, I just needed a haircut, and she still exceeded every expectation. This is the first time I’ve ever felt genuinely comfortable and appreciated in a salon setting. I will absolutely be back. And on top of all that, the price was more than reasonable for the level of care and service I received.

  I had an amazing experience at Great Clips thanks to Veronica! She was professional, friendly, and really took her time to make sure my haircut was exactly how I wanted it. You can tell she truly cares about her work and her clients. The attention to detail was on point, and I left feeling fresh and confident. If you’re looking for someone who knows what they’re doing, ask for Veronica—you won’t be disappointed! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  The stylist I went to was very professional and listened to my hair concerns and questions. I was not hounded to buy products but given good information on what would help my hair. The business was clean and the wait time wasn’t bad at all. If you go to this location definitely try to get an appointment with Patrice.

  I hate to write and rarely write bad reviews because I know it’s bad for business specially for one that has just opened. This is for a particular employee who works here. First of all she was not very welcoming, so from the start I was not comfortable but decided she could still give a good haircut. This was for my son she did not listen to ANYTHING I said and messed up his hair so bad I had to take him somewhere else to get fixed!

  I had a very upsetting experience at this Great Clips location today. During my baby son’s haircut, the stylist who identified herself as the manager, Mia, became upset because I was watching the haircut closely and providing feedback. As a parent, I simply like to pay attention during my children’s haircuts to make sure everything looks good. The situation escalated unexpectedly when she began speaking in a rude and unprofessional manner in front of my child. My son is very young, and hearing profanity and aggressive comments from a staff member was extremely inappropriate accusing me of inappropriate allegations that were false, even the customer watching knew she was making false statements, she was just upset that I was giving feedback of what we wanted. The interaction became so serious that the police had to be involved due to accusations made during the dispute, which made the situation even more stressful for my family. This was very surprising because my intention was only to make sure my son received a good haircut. I have been a Great Clips customer for about seven years and have never experienced anything like this before. My family and I normally have positive experiences, which is why this was so disappointing. The only reason we visited this particular location was because we had received invitations and promotions for it on social media. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will not be returning to any Great Clips location. I would strongly encourage management to review the situation and ensure that customers—especially families with children—are treated with professionalism and respect, she never even finish my sons haircut however I still paid.
