- KKKimFeb 1, 20261.0Unprofessional workers. Nobody acknowledges you when walk in. No welcome in or hello do you need any help. All workers all stand at the left wall chit chatting. At the register one worker was there but she had her back turned. I said are you open, no reply. Then I said hello, and still no reply. Turns out she was on the phone. If there was a long line of customers I highly doubt she would turn around to say give me one moment please or ask other workers to come help at register. After she was done with the call she finally turned around. Gave me the dirty look like I was a nuisance. She didnt smile or ask if she can help me. The whole experience definitely won't have me coming back or spending any more money here.

I make eye contact with employees and don’t even receive a simple “hello.” That alone already makes shopping here uncomfortable. Today I came in to pick up a blush that showed as in stock online. A brand vendor helped me instead of a Sephora employee. When the vendor asked a Sephora associate for help, the associate didn’t bother to check the back or look into it she immediately said they didn’t have it. The interaction felt off, so I didn’t purchase anything and left. Afterward, I called the store to double-check and surprise, they did have the product in stock, with plenty available. That confirmed what I was already feeling. The lack of basic customer service here is unacceptable. As a woman of color, it’s hard not to notice that other customers were greeted and assisted politely while I was repeatedly ignored. I’ve been a Rouge member for over five years, but I will not be returning to this location. This experience was disappointing and frustrating. DO BETTER!
