  The last 4 numbers on my gift card were damaged when I opened my gift card on Saturday. The lady from Saturday was able to complete the transaction, but today I go (to the same location) and the light skinned lady who was ringing me up didn’t even try another option to complete the transaction. I told her that the last 4 numbers are damaged, but they were able to complete the transaction on Saturday with the hand held scanner (not at the register). She told me to call customer service and basically dismissed me. I called customer service and they said she should’ve tried another method while I was in the store today. Do better.

  I would love to recognize and sincerely thank miss Pily from the Fragrance department, for the wonderful experience she provided. She took her time to truly listen to me and helped me choose a fragrance that genuinely represents who I am. Her service was exceptional filled with kindness, warmth, respect, and genuine care. I would absolutely return and highly recommend her 🫶🏻

  If you are hispanic, middle eastern, black, south asian etc. just go to a different sephora. They have very well known woman of color owned brand that is *specifically* created for women of color and then on the display they only have the lightest toned shades out of the whole collection. I wouldn’t be upset if it were any other brand but it’s insane to not have deeper skin shades when 75% of the shades from that specific makeup line and collection are catered towards women of color (tan-dark) but this sephora location only sells the few lightest shades out of the whole collection which defeats the purpose. Every other sephora I have been to is inclusive. This is the most segregated sephora I have ever seen. never had an issue at any Sephora until this one. We are not in the 60’s anymore. If you are going to sell makeup collections that are specifically created for women of color and made by a woman of color which as Danessa Myricks, actually have the shades that women of color can wear which is the whole purpose of the collection in the first place. So sad that I even have to make a review about this.

  Pick up order transaction was done quickly, but the place smelt so strongly of perfume, among other things, it was not pleasant.

  Love the store, hate the girl with terribly dyed hair. It was black on the top and bleached orange on the bottom. Terrible energy and tried to make me feel stupid for asking about how many points I had, all while rolling her eyes and acting bothered because she had to do her job. Don’t work in customer service if you hate people miss girl.
