  Went to this location yesterday searching for the limited edition products of this holiday season hoping to find some or just 1 them, I knew it would be very difficult but the point here is that while I was trying to look for them in each stand I was asking to the staff for the availability of the products, casually the one attending me was the same girl, I don’t remember her name, basically she was very rude to me while I was asking, she constantly made sounds of disagreement or just laughed at me, at the end she told me in a very rude tone that we should not ask her for limited editions products and that we cannot keep doing that to her and then just leave laughing, there was another girl that was extremely sweet to us after that and explained to us in a very professional way that they didn’t have any of them available at that store but we should definitely keep looking in other locations, that’s why I don’t put 1 star. It’s not the first time staff members of this location were rude to me or other ppl, please keep in touch with that, costumer experience is important :(

  I usually shop at the Sephora in La Centerra, where the service is consistently excellent, staff there are attentive, helpful, and professional. Unfortunately, that was not the case at this location. I visited today (10/15 around 5pm), and had an incredibly disappointing experience. I had to practically chase down an employee, Andrea, just to get basic assistance. She wouldn't make eye contact, shrugged off two of my questions without saying a word, and then simply walked away. Her behavior was not just unhelpful, it was flat out rude and unprofessional. I went back just to note her name because I was genuinely shocked at how dismissive she was. To be fair, the other staff members on duty were much friendlier and more approachable. I would’ve preferred to speak with a manager before leaving, but was told no one was available. Safe to say, I won’t be returning to this location. Customer service matters and today’s experience was a complete letdown.

  Horrible. Two store managers walking around with keys doing nothing while one cash register operating I counted 18 people in line and the manager did nothing to help the store move efficiently, I will never shop at the store again
