  I came in two days before Christmas Eve I had to buy a last-minute gift. I waited in the store for about five minutes, looking for a cologne, but I couldn’t seem to find the right one. Lena came up to me. I explained to her what I needed and she found me three colognes in under five minutes took me about two minutes to pick one. Lena was super sweet. She gave me all of her attention. She helped me out fast. Found me what I wanted and you could tell that she cared. Thanks, Lena :)

  I understand that these dates must be busy for employees, but I have come on previous occasions and they are simply rude to customers, they don't even try, specifically one girl. I am writing this because I am surprised that after several times it is still the same experience, just laughing among themselves and answering your questions in a way that doesn't really help

  Zahraman was an absolute dream to work with, she helped me with every part of my shopping experience. She answered all my questions, took me all around the store showing my sister and I different products we were interested. She was so attentive and made my experience wonderful 💕

  Went to this location yesterday searching for the limited edition products of this holiday season hoping to find some or just 1 them, I knew it would be very difficult but the point here is that while I was trying to look for them in each stand I was asking to the staff for the availability of the products, casually the one attending me was the same girl, I don’t remember her name, basically she was very rude to me while I was asking, she constantly made sounds of disagreement or just laughed at me, at the end she told me in a very rude tone that we should not ask her for limited editions products and that we cannot keep doing that to her and then just leave laughing, there was another girl that was extremely sweet to us after that and explained to us in a very professional way that they didn’t have any of them available at that store but we should definitely keep looking in other locations, that’s why I don’t put 1 star. It’s not the first time staff members of this location were rude to me or other ppl, please keep in touch with that, costumer experience is important :(
