  Victoria did extra small knotless braids on my hair . Not only was she very professional she did an amazing job . She went over and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and her work speaks for itself . I will definitely be back to see her .

  Katt is an absolutely amazing hairstylist! She is incredibly talented, patient, and so great with kids. Every time she does my children’s hair, it comes out looking beautiful, neat, and exactly how we want it. She makes the whole experience comfortable and fun for them, which is not easy to do, and I truly appreciate the care and attention she puts into her work. Her professionalism and skill really show, and I always leave feeling confident and happy with the results. I highly recommend Katt to anyone looking for a stylist who is especially wonderful with kids and consistently does an excellent job.

  I had a great experience with Alexis today. She was very thorough while still moving in a timely manner, which I really appreciated. She explained everything she was doing step by step, so I always felt informed and comfortable throughout the appointment. Alexis, along with Jessica, also helped fix a bad cut I received at another salon, and I’m so grateful for their care and attention to detail. Alexis truly took the time to make it right. I absolutely love my hair and couldn’t be happier with the result!

  My mom’s and I experience was not very good to say the least. There is a lack of communication and professionalism. Two appointments booked and one was cancelled, meanwhile the service my mom asked for was changed. The salon said they could do one thing and couldn’t. And the stylist was rushing my mom because SHE HAD ANOTHER CLIENT. Not only that but the twist started coming apart and I had to retwist them for her before she left back to Florida. For my appointment, the stylist failed to mention a service that needed to be added (+$60). Even though I was calling for two days before the appointment to confirm details and specifics. I cancelled my appointment right there, hope you enjoyed the fee because I’ll never be back. Horrible experience, and the my mom doesn’t even live here. I would’ve been the repeat client, but not anymore. OH AND THE STYLE AND SERVICE DO NOT FIT THE PRICE MY MOM WAS CHARGED! ( Reservation is under my mom’s name which I won’t be giving out, pretty sure you know me I just received an email from you guys lol)

  I’m visiting from Louisiana and decided to stop by Natural Hair of Katy, and I’m so glad I did. Miss Jessica, the owner, was absolutely amazing! She started with a full consultation and really took her time explaining what was best for my hair, what I should and shouldn’t do, and how to properly care for it. I never felt rushed she made sure I understood everything and felt comfortable with the process. She gave me an amazing cut that I truly love, and the results exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere was calm, professional, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. If you’re looking for a skilled loctician or someone who truly cares about healthy hair especially if you’re starting your loc journey or maintaining your locs make sure you book with Miss Jessica, the owner of Natural Hair of Katy. I highly recommend her!
