  UPDATE!!! Okay ya'll. This is the same day and the owner personally called me to inquire and apologize for my experience. She was not there today as her son is home sick. I am speechless!!! The fact that she contacted me a few hours after I shared my review is awesome. I appreciate her! She refunded my service without me asking. This level of customer service is exceptional. Thank you Jessica! Original review I went in for a consultation and was not greeted upon arrival. One of the ladies waiting had to tell them I was there to be seen. Of course they acted like they didn't know I hadn't been helped. I will not return, the consultation was all of 5 minutes. The stylist felt bad for charging me because she couldn't help me and referred me to a specialist. The stylist was personable and professional.

  I went to Natural Hair of Katy salon for the first time Friday morning and my appointment went perfectly🤩 I was styled by Alexis T. and her service was great. I was greeted upon arrival. We got started right on time and a finished on time as well. I booked a silk press got exactly that and what I expected considering my hair type and texture. The service includes a wash, blow dry, and trim as this is a professional salon and all were done throughly and well. I’m very happy with the outcome of my hair and will be back!!☺️

  Update: I knew owner was going to reply back with lies and trying her best to defend a bad service while blaming customer. Never did I discriminate stylist because of race, if she really heard audio, she will know the stylist brought up she’s Puertorican like me and I even recommended beautiful beaches she has to go visit. And accusing me of fake photos? Really? The nerves! That’s my baby’s hair from only driving from the kids location to my house. And thank you for proving my point about stylist seeing my boys hair texture and not recommending what would look best for him, to which I may add, has has gotten twists before and they have been amazing. Unfortunately my braider of choice was fully booked and we needed his hair done for his basketball team pictures. AND NOT ONCE I hesitated to book your Hispanic stylist because I fully TRUSTED she would do an amazing job. Nothing defends twists getting UNDONE. Recommendation for future client: know your cosmetology terms and all hair texture before choosing your stylist. Some of them don't recommend styles by seeing your kid's hair texture or use the right products for it. Owner try to make it a racial thing when clearly on the same day my kid’s $105 twists were getting undone and the top parts weren't defined or tight. Also owner wasn't there when we arrived at 6:30 for her to see how the service looked. Kudos to the present stylists that kindly tried to help me.

  I LOVE my hair color! Jessica took such good care of me. First and foremost let's talk about her people service (better than customer service)- this woman loves doing hair and loves treating people well. I haven't had my hair colored in over 15 years and something about her just made me trust her knowledge to give me the look I was going for even though I didn't have an exact picture to show her. Now after my color was done, I had to take about 10 min to get adjusted to my new look, but after that you couldn't get me out the mirror. It's pretty, suits my complexion, and different while still feeling like me. Thanks, Jessica!

  I can’t say enough amazing things about Devina! She’s incredibly talented, professional, and passionate about what she does. My sister locs have never looked or felt better, healthy, neat, and full of life! What I love most about Devina is her attention to detail and how she truly cares about the health of my hair.
