The older male stylist was dismissive, rude, and wouldn’t listen to anything we tried to say. My son was scared to even tell him what he wanted, and the stylist showed zero patience, kindness, or communication. He completely ignored us and my son walked out feeling sad and embarrassed. Parents, please be careful—this salon did not treat us with the respect or care children deserve.

This has happened to my friend as well who used to come here but he stopped coming specifically because of James. If you ask a basic question about the cut or what he’s doing, he responds with attitude and makes you feel stupid for asking anything. Don’t recommend coming to him, but some other stylists are good.

He repeated that to me before he started, but did not do a 4 on top. he just cut it with scissors and when I got home I realized it was at least twice as long as normal on top. I didn't watch him closely and realized that he did not use the 4 razor. It wasn't worth it to me to come back. Does a 4 on top mean two different ways/things as I've not had this issue before.

When she used the razor at the back of my head, in such a hurry, it almost cut me and i gave a cry. Even if you are so busy on a Saturday, have some patience and don’t injure your customers. I had to ask twice to see the back of my head - she never showed the mirror properly, and was in a hurry to wind up. I shouldn’t have tipped, for her attitude and carelessness, but did it for courtesy. Zero stars. Not recommended at all.
