- PRPawan RayJan 4, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I completed online check in and arrived at the location at 4.10 PM on Saturday. There was no staff available when I arrived. After some time one lady came in and told me she was on a break and that someone named Sumo or Sumon would take care of me. However she remained outside the store talking to someone instead of assisting customers. I waited more than 20 minutes but no one came inside. Since I was getting late I stepped outside briefly hoping she would notice me but I was completely ignored. I went back inside and called the same lady who checked me in and she again said she was still on break. In total I wasted almost 40 minutes and had to leave without getting a haircut despite checking in online and arriving on time. This behavior was very unprofessional. I strongly suggest management review the camera footage from that time to see how customers are treated. Online check in is meaningless if staff are unavailable and unresponsive. I hope the salon takes this feedback seriously and improves customer service.
