I was very specific in what I was looking for and even showed pictures but “Annie” didn’t understand and did her own thing to my head. On top of that, when I confronted her about the mistake, she said that it looked better this way. After I asked for the managers information, she informed me that she’s quitting and don’t really didn’t matter what came of this. On top of that, she didn’t have the courtesy to offer any product to try and fix the mistake. I have had a great experience in the past but this completely ruined great clips for me
