The actual services are wonderful. The massage therapists are genuinely fantastic, skilled, professional, and the reason I kept coming back. Unfortunately, the way customer accounts are managed makes the overall experience frustrating enough that I can’t rate it higher.
First, there’s an $80 sign-up fee that’s framed as an “account setup” but comes with a “gift.” In reality, you’re essentially paying $80 for a candle. It seems like a money grab, but there's not much you can do about it. It's just part of the sign up process.
Second, when we tried to cancel while still using unused credits we had already paid for, we were told they couldn’t even see how many credits were on the account unless it was kept current. As a result, we were blocked from using credits we had already purchased, which feels unfair and unnecessarily restrictive. You have to reactive the account for them to see how many credits you have and to use them. In addition, if you cancel, you have 90 days to use those credits or you lose them. Although it's a reasonable amount of time, it seems silly that credits you've already purchased have a time limit once you initiate the cancellation process instead of just being on the account indefinitely.
Lastly, dealing with the owner around account logistics has been difficult. Questions aren’t answered directly, and getting clear explanations about policies or options takes far more effort than it should.
Again, the therapists themselves are excellent, and the services are genuinely great. If not for the unnecessarily tedious policies and frustrating account management, this could easily be a much higher-rated spa. Until that side improves, it’s hard to recommend despite the quality of the treatments.
My first massage here was amazing. I brought my husband as part of his birthday spa pampering day. All the staff were warm and welcoming starting with Ms.Vicky at the front desk. She made sure my husbands birthday was special and went exactly as planned. My massage therapist was Jazmin and she was very attentive and thorough. I will definitely request her next time I visit. I definitely recommend All is Well Spa Holistic and will be back soon!

Although the massage was good- this place would do much better without the pushy sly manager/owner at the establishment. Outside of this establishments over priced services the unnecessary add ons is outrages! Its suppose to be a place of relaxation and not pushing add ons which should be included in the service to begin with- $20 extra for more pressure!??? What???? Ive been to many many spa/massage establishments but have never experienced a place like this- its like flying a budget airline while paying premium prices!? Pick a seat extra $- use the bathroom extra$- get a snack extra $- get water extra $- board first extra$- deplane first extra $. A massage for the price being charged should include everything to alleviate the client of its pain. I felt like she was just trying to sell me things- i really felt disappointed and wanted to leave but the therapist was very kind so i decided to stay. The fact that no one else can check you out besides her is a HUGE RED FLAG in itself! Paid $150 for 60 mins massage with add ons and tip! Smh
I have really enjoyed booking couples massages at this location. My massage therapist has been Jasmine, and my boyfriend’s therapist has been Maggie. Both therapists consistently do an excellent job, and we truly appreciate their professionalism. During our most recent visit, we arrived to learn that Maggie was unavailable due to vacation, which is completely understandable. However, we were not notified in advance and were instead assigned a male substitute massage therapist, which was not our preference. Additionally, the interaction with the receptionist, whom I believe may be the owner, made us uncomfortable. She offered to take photos with Santa hats, which we politely declined. Despite this, she continued to ask multiple times. She then stated, “It’s just pictures. We’re going to take them on your phone, and it’s free,” followed by laughter. This approach felt unprofessional and unnecessary. When a customer declines a service, that decision should be respected without repeated pressure or comments implying cost was a concern. After our service, we proceeded to check out and left a tip. Although the amount did not align with the suggested tipping layout displayed, a tip was still provided. The receptionist then questioned whether the therapists needed to improve their service while referencing the tipping chart. This was uncomfortable and inappropriate. The therapists provided excellent service, and a tip, regardless of amount, does not reflect dissatisfaction with their work. Due to the repeated uncomfortable interactions and lack of professionalism during this visit, we have decided to withdraw our membership.

My mother and I visited this spa due to its close proximity to my home and the excellent reviews it had received, so we decided to give it a try. Despite encountering some holiday traffic on our way, the staff was incredibly kind and understanding when we called to let them know we were running late.
Upon arrival, I immediately noticed how clean and welcoming the space was. Although we expected that our late arrival might shorten our services, the staff was very accommodating and ensured that we received our full allotted time, which we truly appreciated.
My mother received a two-hour Swedish massage, and I had a 90-minute sports massage. Mr. Roberto did a great job applying strong, effective pressure and worked thoroughly on my sore muscles. While I personally did not feel it fully aligned with what I typically expect from a sports massage—particularly in terms of stretching, as advertised on the website—I still found the session very beneficial.
Overall, my mother and I had a wonderful experience at this spa. The professionalism, cleanliness, and exceptional customer service stood out, and we will definitely be returning for future services.
