- SSSarah Sauceda3 days ago5.0tldr; Keep Mike at all costs. He is incredible. I typically don’t love massages, as I am pretty sensitive when it comes to touch; however, our friend booked us a session this afternoon. I relayed to Mike that I was fairly sensitive / I work in an office setting most days. Apart from being incredibly respectful (and asking permission/if I felt safe for certain spots), he hit every stress point that I didn’t even know I had. The stretches were also peak. I feel like the stress of the last few years have just melted away. Afterwards, he gave me really salient tips re: moving forward that I will be employing. We live in Austin, but - at this point - I am thinking we just come to Irving for periodic massages at this point.

Therapist was great but membership spas and not the best. If you need serious massage therapy and body work, find a business that specializes in it or use an outcall service for more personalized care. Won’t be giving my money to this spa.
- JWJessica WatersDec 12, 20255.0Ana is the ABSOLUTE best. 🙌🏼 I drive over an hour just to see her. She's ALWAYS so thorough, attentive, patient, knowledgeable, and just overall amazing. I've been a member for over a year and have had 3 other message therapists during that time. NONE compare to her. If she isn't lead or training therapist, she needs to be! Others could absolutely benefit learning from her. Add in the beautiful aesthetics, cleanliness and wonderful customer service- you can't top the experience!

He was very professional, knowledgeable, and made the session comfortable from start to finish. I left feeling noticeably better and would definitely recommend him to anyone who trains regularly or carries a lot of muscle tension.
