While most of the staff are friendly and professional, my experience with the older Hispanic “stylist,” Angelina, has been consistently horrific. She takes only seven to eight minutes to do a “low fade,” and the results are always poor each time. The sides don’t blend properly, the top is INCREDIBLY choppy and uneven, and during my last visit, she cut hair from the crown of my head that I’ve always had, leaving some hairs sticking up like a sore thumb. On this last occasion, I canceled plans afterwards because I was so embarrassed to be seen in public. After a year of mixed and often frustrating results, I won’t be returning to this location. I’d rather pay the extra $15-20 for a consistent, higher-quality haircut where I don’t feel anxious about leaving the house afterwards.
