- TTTanya T6 days ago1.0This was the worst waxing experience I’ve ever had. The woman who was waxing was rushed and unprofessional. She did not properly wax at all, many hairs were left. I left with multiple bruises on my arms and was even bleeding at some points. I asked her to be more gentle and to redo some areas but she was defensive and refused. My skin is still irritated with marks almost two weeks after. The only positive experience was the eyebrow threading, which was very well done.

I went back to get my eyebrows done again, because I was under the impression they were open until 7:30 pm (as it stated on the door and online). I got there at 6, with 2 ladies still being in there. The doors were locked. They saw me standing out there and “shooed” me away. Extremely disrespectful and I will not be coming back. If you’re not open until 7:30 pm, do not advertise it because it just wasted my time.
