  I went to have simple henna designs made on my hands. The pictures of the designs were shown beforehand and the price was discussed. In the middle of having the henna done, the price was changed and definitely did not justify the simple designs they made. The design was alright but the lack of integrity will definitely keep me from being a repeat customer.

  Beware!!! ZERO INTEGRITY. This place is notorious for changing prices on you in the middle of providing services. Make sure you clarify and set the price prior to getting any service from them. They over charged my friend for her hair cut after we had agreed on the price. They also pulled this deceptive tac tic when doing henna this past week. Hence, please be mindful of this and discuss everything upfront or they will try to rip you off at the end or during mid-service by providing some lame excuse.

  I have been going to them for years and I usually don’t have issues. Unfortunately, the last few times I went, they did my brows too thin even when I asked them not to. They also made them uneven. My brows are currently 90s thin so I have to draw the rest of them in. Looks like I need to find somewhere else to go. :(

  I recently visited this salon for threading and had such a great experience. The place was very clean, well-organized, and had a calm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. My threading was done very carefully and neatly — the shape came out exactly how I wanted, and it was almost painless compared to other places I’ve tried. I really appreciated their attention to detail and professionalism. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for good quality threading!

  This was the worst waxing experience I’ve ever had. The woman who was waxing was rushed and unprofessional. She did not properly wax at all, many hairs were left. I left with multiple bruises on my arms and was even bleeding at some points. I asked her to be more gentle and to redo some areas but she was defensive and refused. My skin is still irritated with marks almost two weeks after. The only positive experience was the eyebrow threading, which was very well done.
