I told him next time just walk out and leave, but because he is kind in nature he said he thought that would be rude. To Great Clips management: please make sure you review your staff at this location, and let go of the staff that is not representing your company in the way that we know you want to be known. PS: the cut was even choppy and not even, so it was bad customer service AND and bad cut!
