- CSChristina SMar 29, 20261.0There was a lady near the skincare who kept following me. I was trying to test some of the samples to see what would work best for me and she kept almost bumping into me and staring. It was really uncomfortable and poor customer service. This was on 3/28 around 4-5 pm.

The items I was looking for weren’t on the shelf or in the usual backstock area, and she could have easily stopped there. Instead, she offered to check one more place and even looked in another back location to see if they were available. Sure enough, she found every item I needed. She even shade matched & made some samples for me. That level of effort and attentiveness really stood out to me. DeShawn was also incredibly helpful and provided excellent customer service. One of my spray caps was defective, and he made sure I was taken care of quickly and professionally. I take good customer service seriously and believe in giving credit where it’s due. So many people are quick to leave a review when something goes wrong, so I wanted to make sure they were recognized for doing something right. Thank you both again!
