- TItina iyamuMar 18, 20261.0The salon manager and front desk staff needs to be checked and changed. Their customer service is very poor. The front desk staff always give wrong information. I called the front desk and made an appointment. I got to the salon at the appointed day and time, only for them to start giving me stories about the stylist. The salon manager did not even apologize for the wrong information given to me. I wasted my time and gas, drove 25 mins to the salon, only to find out that the stylist they booked me with was off that day and they wanted to charge me higher to get a master stylist to do my hair. Of course, I turned it down and left because that was not what I discussed with the front desk staff on the phone. If they knew the stylist was going to be off, why did they book me with the stylist or why didn't they call me before the appointment date to let me know the stylist won't be around. They let me drive all the way and wasted my time and gas. This is not the first time the front desk and manager are giving me wrong information. I might have to call JC penny head office and make a complaint. That is poor customer service.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted with smiles. I was then told there was no wait and went straight to getting my hair cut. It also included a shampoo. The stylist was very delicate with my hair and worked meticulously on styling it perfectly. When finished they thanked me for the business and I thanked them for the service. I have never had such an impressionable haircut experience anywhere else. I highly recommend coming here for your next hair appointment.
