I cannot in good conscience support a platform that promotes or profits from individuals who align themselves with such conduct.

The items I was looking for weren’t on the shelf or in the usual backstock area, and she could have easily stopped there. Instead, she offered to check one more place and even looked in another back location to see if they were available. Sure enough, she found every item I needed. She even shade matched & made some samples for me. That level of effort and attentiveness really stood out to me. DeShawn was also incredibly helpful and provided excellent customer service. One of my spray caps was defective, and he made sure I was taken care of quickly and professionally. I take good customer service seriously and believe in giving credit where it’s due. So many people are quick to leave a review when something goes wrong, so I wanted to make sure they were recognized for doing something right. Thank you both again!

No one greeted me at all and only one employee said something to me after my hands were full, she was sweet didn’t get her name though. Got denied for getting two bags so I could wrap these presents for my friends and they said it’s one per transaction and so I asked to do multiple transactions and they denied me. I’ve worked countless hours in retail and understand how draining the job can be but even a smile or a hello goes a long way. Honestly a very disappointing experience to say the least. Do better.
