Today, an older woman named Linda/Glenda who made my son nervous the moment we walked through the door, attempted to cut his hair before I had to stop her almost half way through. Linda/Glenda was harshly grabbing my son's head, fussing at him to put his head down (never had to repeat herself that's just how she spoke to him from the beginning), and started cutting up the back of his neck. I've never seen my son react in such a terrified way and when I realized he was being ABUSED I, his mother, made her stop. He started crying and was shaking. My son sits great for a haircut and does what's asked of him during the process. Linda/Glenda was scaring and abusing my son. We will never go back. I'm more than happy to email management images of my son's cut up neck.
