- CCC CampaSep 22, 20251.0Had just my roots retouched 9/8/25, it has been 2 weeks and the color has faded. Totally faded after 3 washes. Called salon spoke to manager she said that is normal. Really? I could go back for1/2 price. Really? Horrible customer service will not ever return. Do not recommend going there I have colored my roots for 30 years and never never had my hair faded in 2 weeks. Paid $75 for this horrible service.

I scheduled the appointment in advance and I was scheduled with stylist Kendric. Upon my arrival, Kendric seemed immediately annoyed that I was there. Again, this was a scheduled appointment l. There was nobody in the salon aside from myself and him for about 30 minutes. He was extremely stand-offish and just not friendly. I honestly felt so unwelcome and that I was a bother to even be there. I found myself apologizing to him about my hair, I know, silly. About 30 minutes into my visit, another employee came in and greeted him and I. She asked him how he was doing and he stated “well I was doing good”. He was behind me so I couldn’t see his body language but I felt as if he was referring to me. The manager did offer me a water. Again, I apologized, saying I know it’s been a while since I’ve had my hair done to which she replied “ please don’t apologize, that’s his job”. The visit continued with his same demeanor. I would like to say I was happy with the cut and color however I felt so uncomfortable the entire time I was in the chair. I was truly looking forward to this time to get my hair refreshed and just relax. I will not be back to this salon.
