- RMRed MeierDec 27, 20253.03 1/2 hrs for a color , trim and eyebrow wax ,,, ridiculous any other jc Penny's for same service only takes 2 hrs most and she cut more of my length then she was suppose to ,,, I asked for chocolate cherry she showed me a picture of what i wanted on her phone we agreed but the color i got is brown ,,, then another lady did my eyebrow and had 1 give 2 separate tips which I did not like at all then the lady doing my hair kept nagging at me avout spending $60 on a toner which i had never heard of before.. i was so annoyed and pissed off by the whole experience...never never again at that store😡😡😡 she truly needs to listen to what the customer wants not what she wants to do 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 I dont wanna hear ur sorry I want to hear what u gonna do about the so called styles that wants do to things her way and nag to get u to spend more $ which im so glad I did NOT ,,, and I would differently like to see a refund on my visa card for color service eyebrow brow wax wasn't to bad but could have been more professional about it

I could go back for1/2 price. Really? Horrible customer service will not ever return. Do not recommend going there I have colored my roots for 30 years and never never had my hair faded in 2 weeks. Paid $75 for this horrible service.
