  I’m sure it’s crazy on weekends but I came here on a Saturday in April 2026 and not a single employee asked me if I needed help (which I did) all the supplies for sampling were bare bones everywhere I looked and every section of products I attempted to sample were either almost completely empty or dirty, disgusting and unkempt. It was so packed and hard to navigate aisles that it was very overwhelming so I only stayed for about 15 minutes, didn’t bother trying to buy anything and left. I don’t know if it’s any better during the week but I do not recommend this location.

  So I’ve gone to this Sephora plenty of times, but this last experience was a stand out one. One of the workers, Blessing, was so helpful, kind and patient as I was trying to pick out a baking powder. She answered all my questions and believe me I had plenty. She gave great recommendations based on what I was needed for my skin tone. And I completely trust her because her makeup was flawless. It was a great experience. Despite them always being busy, they are always so nice and helpful.

  Absolutely wonderful experience! I was in from out of town and my scheduled make up artist flaked out a few hours before a wedding I was officiating and I called and they scheduled me to come with an hour. My make up was done by Anatricia and she did a phenomenal job! 10/10. Not only was she attentive, knowledgeable, professional and informative but she had a great sense of humor and taught me about the products she used on my skin. I will definely refer my friends and family to her and if/when I come back to Houston I will definitely book for any future make up needs. Thank you a million times over to the accommodating staff and your awesome make up artist! -Mary J

  I had a really disappointing experience at this Sephora due to an employee named Daija. I asked her to look up my last foundation shade so I wouldn’t accidentally repurchase the wrong one—a pretty normal request—and instead of helping, she rushed me and made rude, unnecessary comments. The whole interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially for a store that’s supposed to help customers feel confident about their purchases. I left feeling uncomfortable and unsupported, which is the opposite of what I expect from Sephora. Customer service really needs improvement here
