However, they told me they couldn’t process the exchange because the items were purchased at a different location. They said it was a different Sephora, which I don’t really understand. I thought this store would be better than the other one, but they don’t seem to handle returns or exchanges the same way. In the end, they basically just let me leave without helping, and I didn’t end up buying the products I wanted. I really didn’t like the way we were treated.

She was initially on the floor helping me find all of the perfumes and lotions and makeup I purchased today. When I went to check out I was pleasantly surprised to see her working the register too. It was then when I saw her tag said she was in training. There were some rude people in line huffing and puffing that only one register was open and she kept a good attitude and smile. I just want to say great job Soraya keep doing your best. Sephora is blessed to have you on their team. It will get easier don’t get discouraged by the rude people.
