  Omg couldn’t be happier. I brought in my baby girl at 19 months today. I was so nervous but they really eased my nerves. The jewelry selection is great! Kind of hard to pick and choose, there were so many options. They were able to work tandem on her ears and it went so smoothly I barely blinked and they were done. Nearly pain free for my baby girl. Couldn’t be happier 🥰 they were so thoughtful and caring. 10/10 recommend Btw it was Nurse Christine who handle us with such care.

  Absolutely loved today’s service and discounts! I got 2 free piercings and just paid for 1 jewelry. They explained everything and I was not in pain like I have run the past.

  My first time coming to Rowan to get my first helix piercing. I met Myra (RN) and she made me feel so comfortable. She was very kind, knowledgeable and made sure I under the process from beginning to end. I love my new piercing and cannot wait to come back again. Thank you, Myra.

  I took my little girl to Rowan in City Centre to get her ears pierced, and the whole experience was amazing. She barely even flinched. Both nurses coordinated perfectly; each took an ear and pierced them simultaneously, which made it super quick and way less scary than I expected. They explained the aftercare clearly and made everything easy to understand. Cynthia was especially great; she walked us through every step, kept my baby girl comfortable, and made the whole process feel calm and safe. I was worried for no reason. Truly a great experience, and I’d totally recommend them to any parent thinking about getting their child’s ears pierced.

  We had such a wonderful experience getting my daughter’s ears pierced with the Nurse Mayra! From the moment we walked in, she made us both feel completely comfortable and at ease. She was incredibly patient, gentle, and took the time to explain every step so my daughter knew exactly what to expect. The piercing itself was quick, clean, and very professional.
