- HNhemasri nelakuditi5 days ago5.0I visited Great Clips with my brother for his haircut after reading positive reviews about Jhernice, and she truly lived up to them. She gave my brother a great haircut, and I could clearly see how attentive and detail-oriented she is while working. She doesn’t stop until everything looks perfect and the customer is happy. While he was getting his haircut, I asked her if she also does women’s haircuts, and she was very friendly about it. She told me yes and said I could just explain what I want and even bring a reference picture. So today I went back to get my own haircut from her. I showed her the reference and explained what I was looking for, and she did an amazing job. She really understood what I wanted and gave me exactly that. She is very patient, kind, and clearly very good at what she does. I would definitely go back to her again and highly recommend her.

The moment I noticed she was trying to fade my hair with one flick with a 0. no guide line, no blending, no changing the guards. One side is higher than the other, the right side isn’t even faded, there’s a hard line. I sat there and took it because I knew she wouldn’t be able to fix it. So the next day I am sitting here looking for barber shops to go get a high n tight today.

When is Online Check-In available?
Online Check-In becomes available five minutes after the salon opens. We accept Online Check-Ins up to the point where the estimated wait time is as long as the salon will remain open, or 30 minutes before closing time at the latest.
Can I use Online Check-In for all types of services?
Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
Do Great Clips salons sell haircare products?
